             Suntalekhola: An wonderful place for birding

      If you want to spend your holiday, want to breath fresh , polution free air and above all want to be with the birds; chirpping all day long: go to Suntalekhola.  December to February are the best time mainly for birding.
      Get down at New Mal junction. From here, hire a car. Your destination Is only 30 k.m. away now. On your way , you will cross Chalsa station and then Meteli. From Meteli, road is through the the garden, only the green around you. And going through this "Green avenue" you will reach at Samsing. From Samsing ,you can't go with your car if you don't have the booking of the Forest Banglow.
      Don't forget to take extra battery and memory card for your camera.May be you will be out of your breath taking the snap of the birds. The birds you will see around you are Red Start, Forktail of different types, Grey Wagtail, Chestnut crowned loughingthrush, Yellow bellied fantail, Grey treepei,  Long tailed broadbill, Meroon oriole, Scarlet minivet, Small niltava and many more.
   Blue sky on your head, air with full of Oxygen only and as companion,you will get lots of birds. Even two to three days here, you will remember throughout your life.
